Tiramisu Overnight Oats

A healthier take on one of the most loved desserts!
Perfect for breakfast or after dinner, this protein-packed Tiramisu is full of slow-releasing carbohydrates, protein, fibre and hidden greens PLUS is so creamy and satisfying.

Make sure you use a good quality protein powder & espresso here— it makes all the difference!

Serves 2

Prep time: 5 mins + overnight for oats

 Ingredients:

1 cup Organic Rolled Oats

1 cup Mandole Orchard Almond Milk

1 tsp vanilla

60ml espresso

1 scoop Whole Earth & Sea Vanilla Protein Powder

1 cup Coyo Natural Coconut Yoghurt

2 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder

 

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine oats, almond milk, espresso and vanilla and stir well.
    Set aside overnight.
  2. When you are ready to serve, combine coconut yoghurt with protein powder.
    Layer espresso oats with protein coconut yoghurt and sift cacao powder on top. Repeat for both servings. Enjoy!
