Tiramisu Overnight Oats
A healthier take on one of the most loved desserts!
Perfect for breakfast or after dinner, this protein-packed Tiramisu is full of slow-releasing carbohydrates, protein, fibre and hidden greens PLUS is so creamy and satisfying.
Make sure you use a good quality protein powder & espresso here— it makes all the difference!

Serves 2
Prep time: 5 mins + overnight for oats
Ingredients:
1 cup Organic Rolled Oats
1 cup Mandole Orchard Almond Milk
1 tsp vanilla
60ml espresso
1 scoop Whole Earth & Sea Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup Coyo Natural Coconut Yoghurt
2 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
Method:
- In a bowl, combine oats, almond milk, espresso and vanilla and stir well.
Set aside overnight. - When you are ready to serve, combine coconut yoghurt with protein powder.
Layer espresso oats with protein coconut yoghurt and sift cacao powder on top. Repeat for both servings. Enjoy!
