Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup fresh hulled strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 6 cubes of ice 1 scoop of Whole Earth & Sea® Fermented, Organic Proteins and Greens – vanilla chai
Optional Toppings
Hemp seeds, blackberries or fresh sliced strawberries.
Recipe
1. Starting with the almond milk, combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Add more almond milk if you prefer to thin out the smoothie.
