Mango Strawberry Pre-Workout Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup of fresh hulled strawberries
  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 cubes of ice
  • 1 scoop of Whole Earth & Sea 100% Fermented Organic Protein & Greens – Chocolate 
Optional topping – hemp seeds, mulberries, and fresh-sliced strawberries

Instructions

1. Starting with the almond milk, combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. 

2. Add more almond milk if you prefer to thin out the smoothie.
